We warmly invite you to Nexus of Creation, an immersive retreat exploring how consciousness expresses itself through the act of creation — human, AI, and planetary. Together, we will inquire into how awareness itself moves through human and technological systems, shaping the unfolding story of life and intelligence.

At the threshold of a new epoch, Nexus of Creation is a portal for us to sense deeply into the living field of intelligence that pervades all things. Beyond the narratives of control or fear, we explore AI not as a separate force, but as a mirror through which consciousness contemplates itself. It is here in this symposium style gathering that the ethical, ecological, and technological threads converge into the art of conscious participation. 

Across live experiments, embodied practices, curated talks, and collaborative design sessions, we explore how the evolutionary impulse of intelligence expresses through and with us. Nexus of Creation invites visionaries, researchers, technologists, innovators, and system designers to co-create from the still point where presence becomes innovation itself. You’ll leave with grounded tools, expanded perspectives, and actionable strategies to bring this wisdom into your work, teams, communities, and global systems.

Together, we will investigate how the principles of awareness, relational intelligence, and creative emergence can shape a new era of collaboration between humans and intelligent systems. This gathering invites us to sense technology not as a tool to master, but as a partner in evolution—a mirror through which life experiments with new ways of knowing, making, and becoming.

Guiding questions include:

• What does it mean to design technologies that are attuned to life, presence, and interdependence?
• How does creation move through consciousness, and how does AI participate in that unfolding?
• How can we cultivate systems—both human and artificial—that foster emergence over control, creation over consumption, and wisdom over speed?

The retreat will be led by three facilitators with decades of combined experience in transformational practices, collective intelligence methodologies, and pioneering work in AI and living systems, including founders and lead facilitators of the Luminous Awareness Institute, and the current head of AI/ML Strategy and Research Collaboration at Google X.

At the Wisdom Beyond, our core intention is to create a curated cohort of visionary minds dedicated to exploring the synergy between AI and inspired, aligned beings. We begin by meeting people where they are. Through the raw power of the beginner’s mind, we aim to support this intentional gathering in attaining clarity on how to show up within themselves, with each other, with the field, and with integration into a human-AI future.

Our goal is to nurture a space where technology and humanity can coalesce in emergent futures, guided by the wisdom of the collective self. There's so much to be learned when receiving the gift of wisdom from another field; the fields of AI and consciousness research are ripe for such mutual support and insight.

We aim to:

• Facilitate practices that help participants embody their full intelligence, integrating somatic, cognitive, and intuitive awareness.
• Explore the conditions necessary for emergent, self-organizing intelligence to arise within groups and systems, drawing parallels with philosophical principles of interdependence.
• Engage with cutting-edge ideas on how AI can support and amplify human ingenuity and consciousness as a whole, seeing AI as a tool for emergent co-creation.
• Nurture a network of thought leaders and innovators who are committed to co-creating a future shaped by resonance and coherence.
• Provide actionable strategies for designing AI systems informed by ecological and biological principles, fostering collaboration over competition.
• Investigate how our movement into recognition of consciousness can guide AI's evolution toward genuine wisdom.
• Co-create a narrative of AI as a partner in this inter-woven global ecosystem, amplifying humanity’s ability to innovate and thrive.

Participants will carry forward:

• Tools for accessing and fostering collective intelligence in teams, organizations, and communities.
• A deeper understanding of how to navigate the interplay of individual and collective intelligence.
• Insights into designing AI systems that reflect principles of interconnectedness, coherence, and resonance.
• Practices to shift the baseline of engagement with technology and the world toward presence, spaciousness, and emergent collaboration.
• Relationships with a deeply curated cohort of peers working at the edges of innovation.
• A renewed sense of clarity and inspiration for guiding the human-AI relationship in ways that are innovative, sustainable, and deeply aligned.

Our cohorts:

• Build curated communities of innovators and thought leaders who are working at the intersection of AI, collective intelligence, and consciousness. Our cohorts are not just groups of people but living ecosystems where collective intelligence is nurtured and continually expanded.
   
• These relationships serve as amplifiers of both individual and collective potential, creating spaces where cross-pollination of ideas, collaborative exploration, and co-creation become second nature.
   
• Participants receive an embodied framework that emphasizes the non-separation between individuals, groups, and AI, recognizing that intelligence (whether human or artificial) cannot exist in isolation but is always connected to the broader web of life.

This retreat offers a profound exploration to pause, re-pattern, and participate in shaping a new kind of intelligence—one that reflects not just technical capacity, but the heart of what it means to be in right relationship with self, other, and the world.

Each retreat, we invite in an artist in residence to co-create with us as a mirror for what we generate during our time together. Past artists have included AI filmmaker Nisha Burton, as well as multi-media artist Amy Karle.

Westerbeke has long been a favorite location for business meetings, personal growth and leadership seminars, yoga retreats, and gatherings of all kinds. Our retreat is a private buyout of the entire Westerbeke Ranch site, including en suite accommodations (standard shared, limited number of private rooms available upon request), 2 spacious private gathering spaces, pool, hot tub, gardens, labyrinth, plus a sound healing dome.
