I absolutely loved the whole thing. I adored how human we all were with each other beyond ego and posturing. I adored the exercises and the trojan horse ways into thinking about intelligences. I loved the feeling of deep human connection with each other. I loved being in a space where we see each other with the eyes of the beloved - what a dream.
I came into this workshop in deep anger, sadness, frustration and sorrow about my personal circumstances, and the larger context of the world. After the workshop. I was able to find my power and take responsibility for my own side of the equation being able to relate to people in the world from a place of trust and best intentions (seeing them as beloved). This has helped me find my power during a very critical time, and has assisted me in the art of surrender.
My awareness of mind-body knowledge is next level. My feeling of one-ness with all of nature (collective mind) has moved further from intellect into deep, visceral knowing. The work we did to reframe mind-centered expression to a body/balanced expression was really profound. It's something I'm already incorporating into my own work.
You created a dream of dreams, THANK YOU. It was deeply nourishing, touching, meaningful, surprising, innovative, real, transformative. I am still integrating it all and feel deeply moved by it. So grateful to be included and am hopeful that this is the beginning of more to come. Thank you for this amazing work. I also want to share deep gratitude and love for you three plus everyone who was in the room, each person a perfect gem of a human that I adore.
